What drives me?
At the core of everything I do is a deep belief in people's capacity to grow.
I believe that given the right conditions and support, people can do more than they think is possible. And that the most overlooked enabler of this is self-awareness - knowing where you are, how you think when the goal really matters to you and being willing to keep learning as a practice, not a one-off.
That belief runs through everything I do - coaching, advising, Board work. The thread is always the same: helping ambitious humans perform at their best, on their own terms.
